In a recent ladies Bible Study our facilitator went through the ladies in the group and expressed what she loved about each one. I, being the newest member, was pleasantly surprised and very touched by her words when she described me as being a Berean. Interestingly that is not how I thought of myself. For many years, I always thought of myself as being skeptical, on so many issues, even when it came down to being spiritually fed by others. I just HAD to read it for myself. And then came Acts 17 and man was I liberated. The trouble that I run into now is not leaning on my own understanding; but, understanding what I should be leaning upon. Is it a true revelation from the Holy Spirit or my interpretation of what I think the Holy Spirit is saying. Thank God for teachers, preachers and the like that He has appointed to walk alongside me and provide guidance. Agreed, relationship over religion - lifting Holy hands. Thank you for those seven steps.

Anyone else in transition ? How are you managing?

Now that I've slowed down a little, I've been contemplating a vegan diet. Yay or nay? Also, picked up on some long time hobbies, like crocheting and sewing. What are you eating, watching, reading and doing these days? I need some ideas.
