Now that I've slowed down a little, I've been contemplating a vegan diet. Yay or nay?
Also, picked up on some long time hobbies, like crocheting and sewing. What are you eating, watching, reading and doing these days? I need some ideas.

Interestingly enough I too have been contemplating picking back up on sewing. My granddaughters have become interested in crocheting. We actually had our first lesson a little while ago and will try it again soon. A diet change is in order for me as well, more pescatarian than anything else. Not disciplined enough to go totally meatless. I am committed to walking at least 2 miles a day, 2-3 times a week. Standing on 1 Corinthians 6:19, 20 understanding that my body is not my own and is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in me, given from God.
